It is about your life and your dreams.  And you can't leave your dreams in the hands of just anyone.  There are literally thousands of Realtors from whom you can choose to help you with your Real Estate transaction.  You must be certain that you choose someone who is in the top 1% of production.  But you must also choose someone who is going to be accessible after the "listing appointment".  There are plenty of "Teams" out there where the typical scenario is that you are wowed by the Realtor in the listing presentation.  You then choose to partner with the Realtor and he or she is never to be heard from again.  You are left to talk with a series of assistants, administrative staff and "specialists".  You did not agree to have all these people as your Realtor.  You chose your Realtor.  If your Realtor cannot find the time to talk to you then they simply have taken on too many clients.  When you call me, you will talk to me.  That is, unless I am on the phone with another client (or my wife or my daughter).  As soon as the phone call is complete, I will call you back.  You will not be asked to talk with my assistant.  You can't be - I don't have an assistant.
